“Samsung Unveils Freestyle+ Portable Projector with AI Features”

Published:

Samsung is set to unveil its latest portable projector, the Freestyle+, at the upcoming CES tech show in Las Vegas. The Freestyle+ is an enhanced version of the previous Freestyle projector, boasting advanced AI features, improved brightness, and a wider range of entertainment options.

One of the key upgrades on the Freestyle+ is its simplified setup process. Users can simply power on the device, and it will automatically adjust the picture using Samsung’s AI OptiScreen technology. This means the projector can be used on various surfaces without the need for manual adjustments, offering a hassle-free viewing experience for streaming services like Netflix and Disney+.

The AI OptiScreen technology also introduces innovative features such as 3D Auto Keystone to correct image distortion on uneven surfaces, Real-time Focus to maintain picture sharpness while moving the projector, Screen Fit to match image size with compatible screens, and Wall Calibration to enhance image quality by analyzing the projection surface.

Designed for portability, the Freestyle+ is equipped with a built-in speaker, supports Wi-Fi connectivity, and provides access to popular streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. Samsung’s Executive Vice President, Hun Lee, highlighted the device’s adaptability to different environments and content consumption habits, aiming to deliver a consistent viewing experience wherever users go.

While pricing details are yet to be confirmed, the Freestyle+ is expected to hit stores early in 2026, offering consumers a convenient and intelligent solution for on-the-go entertainment.
