Apple Fitness+ has introduced exciting new features to help users achieve their fitness goals in the new year. The subscription service, initially launched in 2020, now includes additional content such as special guest workouts and multi-week programs aimed at motivating users.
One highlight of the latest update is the introduction of multi-week programs like Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes that progressively increase in intensity over time, enabling users to improve their fitness gradually. For instance, users can participate in the “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” program, offering 20-minute workout sessions combining these two popular exercise styles. Another option is the “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” plan, designed to help individuals incorporate yoga into their fitness routine regularly.
An appealing choice for those starting or restarting their fitness journey is the “Make your Fitness Comeback” program, which includes Strength, HIIT, and Yoga workouts. This four-week plan features three workouts per week – one of each type – each lasting just 10 minutes. The program is structured to build upon the previous week’s progress, assisting users in getting back into shape effectively.
Aside from these new programs, Apple Fitness+ will also feature additional content, including new episodes of Time to Walk with guests like Mel B, Penn Badgley, and Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series will showcase workout playlists dedicated to specific artists, with upcoming workouts featuring music from renowned artists like KAROL G. Additionally, guest workouts from lifestyle and fitness creator Allie Bennett and dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth will be available for users to try.
Users can access all this content on various devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. Furthermore, the experience can be enhanced by utilizing the Apple Watch or AirPods Pro to monitor heart rate and track calories during workouts.
Apple Fitness+ is priced at £9.99 per month or £79.99 per year, offering a comprehensive platform for users to achieve their fitness objectives.
