Virgin Media TV has launched two new free channels for music enthusiasts just in time for the holiday season. The channels, Stingray Classica (Ch296) and Stingray DJAZZ (Ch297), are part of the FAST channels lineup, offering a variety of musical programming such as world premieres, concerts, films, and artist interviews. These channels air round the clock, providing entertainment for viewers at any time of the day.
Stingray Classica (Ch296) caters to classical music, opera, and ballet lovers with 50 world premieres annually, exclusive documentaries, and weekly premieres. On the other hand, Stingray DJAZZ (Ch297) showcases jazz concerts, films, artist profiles, and backstage reports from different venues and festivals.
These new music channels complement Virgin’s existing 32 FAST channels, including British Screen Classics, U&Transport, Inside Crime, and Haunt TV, all accessible through Virgin’s set-top boxes.
