A Ukraine defense startup, with the help of a British special forces operator known as “Price,” has developed a cutting-edge drone named SHADOX for covert reconnaissance missions against Russia. Weighing just over a pound and costing a few hundred pounds, this drone is capable of speeds up to ten yards per second and can conduct short-range spying operations or Kamikaze attacks on Russian troops.
The CEO of Black Forest Systems, Oleksandr Davydenko, emphasized the necessity of creating such technology due to the current conflict situation. The SHADOX drone, described as a modern-day nuclear weapon, has been instrumental in the ongoing warfare, with 80% of Russian casualties attributed to Ukrainian drones in the past year.
Notably, SHADOX stands out for its user-friendly design, requiring only half an hour of training to operate using smartphone technology. The drone’s silent operation and portability make it ideal for special forces and reconnaissance missions, providing a tactical advantage on the battlefield.
