“Toronto Raptors Announce 2026-27 NBA Schedule”

Published:

The Toronto Raptors are set to kick off the upcoming NBA season at their home court for the 14th time out of the last 15 years. The NBA has unveiled the complete schedule for the 2026-27 season, with the Raptors scheduled to play their first game on October 21 against the Chicago Bulls at Scotiabank Arena. Following this, the team will hit the road for their next game against the Washington Wizards just two days later.

Some key home games to watch out for include consecutive matchups against the current champions, the New York Knicks, on November 15 and 17, as well as a face-off against the San Antonio Spurs led by Victor Wembanyama on December 10 and a game against the Oklahoma City Thunder featuring Canadian star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander on March 10.

January will be the busiest month for the Raptors, with a total of 17 games on the schedule, including a six-game stretch at home. The team is also slated to play 15 back-to-back games this season, with seven of them not involving any travel.

Although 80 out of Toronto’s 82 games have been announced, the remaining two will be scheduled following the conclusion of the in-season NBA Cup tournament group play. Notably, the Raptors have once again been excluded from the highly anticipated Christmas Day lineup. The last time the Raptors played on December 25 was in 2019 when they were the defending NBA champions.
