Police are in pursuit of an individual who exposed himself to two women and a young child. According to Thames Valley Police, the man rode past a woman and her child around 11:20 am on Wednesday near Longford Way in Didcot. He then dismounted, disappeared into some bushes, and exposed himself.
In a separate incident at approximately 1:05 pm, the same man cycled past another woman on the cycle track between Hagbourne and Upton. Once again, he entered some bushes and exposed himself as the woman passed by.
Authorities describe the suspect as a black man in his twenties with a slim build, afro-style hair, dark jeans, and a dark top, riding a black bike. PC Daniel Mellor, the investigating officer, is urging any witnesses or individuals with information to come forward to assist in the investigation.
PC Mellor stated, “I appeal to anyone who saw these incidents or has helpful information to contact Thames Valley Police. Additionally, I urge anyone in the vicinity, pedestrians on the lane, or those with CCTV footage to come forward. While some witnesses have provided details, we are seeking additional information.”
