In a related update, Ikea has introduced a £2 click and collect fee for online orders picked up from its stores, effective September 2025. However, members of the Ikea Family loyalty program can still access this service for free. Additionally, customers can collect orders from designated Tesco car parks, DPD locations, or locker pick-up points, with varying charges based on the order value.
An Ikea spokesperson emphasized the company’s commitment to transparent pricing and service enhancement to offer customers more convenience and choice. The introduction of the £2 click and collect fee for non-Ikea Family members aims to support the sustainability of delivery and collection services.
