To install the iOS 26.2 update, iPhone users can simply navigate to Settings, then General, and finally Software Update. The update, with a file size of 12GB, can be downloaded via a stable internet connection. It is recommended that all users promptly install this update as it not only introduces new features but also addresses security vulnerabilities and bug fixes.

Some notable features in iOS 26.2 include the option to further customize the Lock Screen appearance, new Alarms for Reminders with snooze and Live Activity support, and AirDrop codes for added verification during file transfers.
